Meet the Management Team
Sydney Paschal
Practice Manager
Sydney is our Practice Manager. She grew up in Pendleton, Indiana, and is a graduate of the International Business College Vet Tech Institute.
Sydney started her time with us as part of our outpatient nursing team, where she thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to both educate and learn every day, and to see our patients grow (her enthusiasm for puppy and kitten appointments was infectious!). She also had extensive responsibilities caring for hospitalized patients, where, in her words, “if there are problems with patients, it’s a privilege to be able to assist in “fixing” them to make them healthy and happy again!” Since then, Sydney has taken on the role of Practice Manager, which allows her to work closely with our staff and clientele. She loves the dynamic of Fall Creek Veterinary Medical Center, the culture of the clinic, and the care that we provide for our patients.
In time away from the practice, Sydney loves hiking, camping, CrossFit, traveling and spending time with her energetic Great Danes, Kylo and Mae, and her orange domestic shorthair, Manny!
Nicole Frisbie
Business Development & Human Resources
Nicole Frisbie is the Director of Business Development & Human Resources and lives in McCordsville, Indiana. Nicole came to us from the human health field and has an Associates Degree of Applied Science. She began her career as a Certified Medical Assistant. Nicole is married to Mahlon Frisbie and they have three children, a standard poodle named Cooper, and a shih tzu named Teddy. Nicole loves the beach and dreams of relocating south eventually.
Jamie Kauffman
Director of Inpatient Services
Jamie is the Director of Inpatient Services. She gives care to our inpatients whether they are here for a few hours or for weeks at a time. Most of her duties involve direct patient care, such as walking, cleaning and feeding, but she also assists in many areas of the hospital.
A native of Noblesville and graduate of Noblesville High School, Jamie has been married for 12 years to her husband, Aaron, and they have an 12-year old son, Mason. Furry children include a pointer mix named Goose and a coonhound named Dixie. Unsurprisingly, her favorite thing about working for us is spending her day looking after the animals and the people she works with. When not occupied with our patients, as a busy mom, Jamie’s hobbies include doing different outdoor activities with her family, like zoo trips, hiking, or parks. She also loves books and music and “tries” to read or listen to music whenever time and the demands of life allow.
Lori Gay
Accounts Receivable Manager
Lori is our clinic’s Accounts Receivable Manager. She enjoys the opportunity to help and care for others’ pets and has a fur baby of her own, Maltipoo named Kiwi. A native of Indianapolis, Lori and her husband enjoy time together being involved in family and church activities.
