Kaitlyn Smith
Lead Client Service Representative
Kaitlyn was born in Ann Arbor Michigan, but has lived in Greenfield, Indiana for most of her life. She has an Associates Degree in General Studies, but she has worked in the veterinary field since 2019. Her favorite thing about working at Fall Creek Veterinary are the friendships and relationships she has built here. Kaitlyn has a seven-year-old Yorkie mix named Dexter and a ten-year-old cat named Sheldon. In her free time she enjoys anything to do with the beauty industry, reading, and spending time with her friends, family, and fiance.
Melissa DeVries
Client Service Representative
Melissa is one of our Client Service Representatives. Her hometown is New Castle, IN but she currently resides in Noblesville, IN. She has an Associates Degree from the Indiana Business College. Melissa enjoys getting to know all of the patients and their owners and loves the doctors and staff at Fall Creek Veterinary Medical Center. She has two adult sons, two grandchildren, and a black labrador named Miller. Her hobbies include listening to live music, dancing, reading, spending time with her family and friends, scrapbooking, and traveling.
Darlene Corbett
Client Service Representative
Darlene is from Denver, Colorado, and is one of our Client Service Representatives. She is a lover of antiques and was a proud antique business owner for over twenty years. She has been married for forty-seven years and has three children and ten grandchildren. Darlene’s furry family members are Lola and Thor, both are eight-year-old New Foundlands.
Julie VandeWiele
Client Service Representative
Julie is from Lebanon Indiana. She graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Apparel Merchandising, previously worked as a teacher, and has six years of experience as a Veterinary CSR. She loves seeing and meeting all the pets at the clinic. Julie has two children: a twenty-four-year-old daughter and a twenty-seven-year-old son. As for fur children, she has a German shepherd named Nico, a lab mix named Pippa, and three cats: Messi, Mia, and Donovan. She loves paper crafting, reading, spending time with friends, and listening to live music.
Kathy Westerfield
Client Service Representative
Kathy is one of our Client Service Representatives. She is from Indianapolis but currently lives in Fortville, Indiana. She loves Fall Creek Veterinary Medical Center because of the employees, the clients, and all of the beautiful dogs and cats. She has a dog of her own, a little maltipoo named Rascal. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family and granddaughters. One important thing that Kathy strives to do is to always spread kindness.
Allison Ottens
Client Service Representative
AJ is from Indianapolis, Indiana and is one of our Client Service Representatives. She is currently attending Ivy Tech, but is considering applying to Purdue University. AJ started off as a client of Fall Creek Veterinary Center, and was excited to join the team because of how taken care of she felt when she would bring her pets to the clinic. She enjoys how it feels like a home and everyone is always happy to answer her questions and offer love and support. She has two domestic shorthairs, Carol and Robb, and a pitbull puppy named Bentayga. In her free time she enjoys practicing her photography at car meets and even at our Fall Creek Veterinary puppy parties.

Sharon Daffer
Client Service representative
Sharon grew up in Brookville, Indiana, and currently lives in McCordsville. Sharon has a BS in Business Education and taught high school business courses for close to 20 years before joining Fall Creek Veterinary Medical Center as one of our Client Service Representatives. She loves seeing and interacting with all the animals that come in and getting to know their owners. Her own pets include a ten year old shih tzu mix named Cosmo, a five year old yorkie mix named Layla, and her new puppy Jagger the maltipoo! In her free time, she likes spending time with her family, including her 3 children (ages 26, 24, and 22). She cannot wait for her first grandbaby, expected in early May of 2024!
