Grace Corman

Grace Corman

Director of Nursing

Grace is our Director of Nursing who is a part of both our outpatient and surgical nursing teams. She is from McCordsville, Indiana, but currently lives in Little Flower, Indianapolis. Grace is a Registered Veterinary Technician who graduated from Purdue University Veterinary Nursing Distance Learning program in December of 2024. Grace has been working at Fall Creek Veterinary Medical Center since 2015, starting in the kennel before transitioning to the nursing staff. Grace loves everything about Fall Creek – the family atmosphere, client and patient relationships, team bonding, and opportunities to learn and improve her skills. Grace loves to care for our hospitalization patients as well as monitoring anesthesia and caring for our surgery patients as if they were her own pets. As our nursing director, she enjoys doing what is best for the clinic and helping grow our clinical team. Grace married her husband in November of 2024, and together they have a black cat named Dexter, a Bernese mountain dog named Coraline, and a chinchilla named Khaleesi. In her free time, she enjoys thrifting and antique shopping, camping, kayaking, hiking, and going to her ‘happy place’ – the zoo!

Shelby is one of our Lead Technician Assistants and is from Middletown, Indiana. She studied through the International Business College Veterinary Technician Program where she earned her associates degree in applied science in veterinary technology. Her favorite part of her job is being able to watch patients grow up and help care for them along the way. She has a border collie Pitbull mix named Norman and a Weimaraner named Addie, as well as a flock of chickens. Outside of work she loves camping, boating, being outdoors, and spending time with her friends and family.

Mattie is one of our Nursing Staff Leads from Frankfort, Indiana who now lives in Indianapolis. She studied for 2 years at Purdue and is currently taking courses through Penn Foster. Mattie loves Fall Creek Veterinary Medical Center for our clinic’s family feel, the relationships she has with the doctors and staff, and the lifelong friendships she has made. Her favorite part of veterinary medicine is being able to help those without a voice. Mattie has a poodle mix named Ruby, a miniature poodle named Walter, and a black cat named Potato. Outside of work, Mattie enjoys music festivals, travel, watching Purdue Sporting Events, tailgating, puzzles, and spending time with her husband and family.

Lead Registered Veterinary Technician

Collette is a Certified Veterinary Technician who moved here to Indianapolis, Indiana from Kirkland, Washington. Collette started in veterinary medicine in 2014, and went to Penn Foster College for their veterinary technician program. Collette has experience in emergency veterinary medicine prior to joining Fall Creek Veterinary. She enjoys the opportunity to meet the clients and patients and to grow her knowledge and experience in the field. She appreciates being able to support our patients and clients through their medical journeys while being part of such a compassionate team. She has two shepherd mixes, Castiel and Iomaire, and two cats, Satine and Ravenna. Outside of work, she enjoys riding and working with horses, reading, exploring, and spending time with her family.

Lead Registered Veterinary Technician

Katie is one of our Registered Veterinary Technicians and a Nursing Staff Lead. Her hometown is Rawlins, Wyoming, but she now lives on the eastside of Indianapolis. Katie has an Associates of Applied Science in Veterinary Technology, and is currently working on obtaining her bachelor’s. Katie started her career in emergency medicine, followed by two years in specialty surgery. Her favorite parts about Fall Creek Veterinary Medical Center are the family atmosphere, the dedicated staff, and the never ending opportunities for growth in the field. Katie has always had a passion for education and she strives to teach anyone who wants to learn. She loves being able to host training sessions to grow our nursing staff and the never ending desire for more knowledge among our team. Katie has a beagle mix named Ace and a domestic shorthair cat named Lucy. In her time away from the clinic, she enjoys hiking, swimming, reading, longboarding, and traveling.

Simanney Wilkins, RVT

Lead Registered Veterinary Technician

Simanney is a Registered Veterinary Technician originally from Lapel, Indiana but now lives in Markleville. She is a part of our outpatient and surgical teams and also helps take care of inventory. Simanney also plays a key role in maintaining our American Animal Hospital Association Accreditation by ensuring our clinic consistently meets the highest standards of veterinary care. She has an associate degree in applied science in Veterinary Technology from the International Business College Vet Tech Institute. Simanney has previous experience in surgery, ER/triage, research, and oncology. At Fall Creek Veterinary Medical Center, she enjoys expanding her knowledge in veterinary medicine, building relationships with patients and clients, and the family atmosphere amongst the staff. Simanney currently lives with her son, Barrett, her Fiancé, Austin, a cat named Georgia, and their six chickens. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her son, fiancé, and family, playing slow pitch softball, spending time at the track watching her fiancé drag race, kayaking, and camping.

Abby is a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) from Elkhart Indiana.  She graduated from the International Business College Veterinary Technician Institute with a Bachelor of Applied Science degree.  Abby has three domestic shorthair cats: Little Kitty, Ace, and Lenny.  She enjoys attending concerts, reading, being outside, and spending time with friends.

Registered Veterinary Technician

Lindsey is a Registered Veterinary Technician who graduated from the International Business College Veterinary Technician Institute with an Associates in Applied Science degree. She is originally from Goshen, Indiana but has since moved to McCordsville. At Fall Creek Veterinary Medical Center, she loves getting to engage with clients and meeting their beloved pets. Her own pets are Georgette the French bulldog and Pete the dwarf rabbit. Lindsey is married and has a son, and outside of work she enjoys fishing, gardening, sports with her son, and family walks.

Veterinary Assistant - Media, Marketing and Events Coordinator

Ashley is a Technician Assistant from Fishers, Indiana. She began working in our kennel in 2018 while studying Biology and Animal Science at Purdue University. After graduating in 2021, Ashley joined our outpatient nursing staff full-time. She really enjoys the relationships she has formed with patients and clients. As our Media, Marketing and Events Coordinator, her favorite part of Fall Creek Veterinary Medical Center is planning and hosting puppy parties, fundraisers, and other events for the clinic. She also enjoys running our social media accounts and being able to share fun and educational content with our clients. Ashley has a rescue Staffie/Pitbull mix named Bean who is now a senior. In her free time, she enjoys going to concerts, creating art, and spending time with friends/family.

Veterinary Assistant - Inventory Manager

Jacey is one of our veterinary assistants who has been a part of our team for five years and plays a key role as both an inventory manager and member of our nursing staff. Originally from Burlington, Iowa, she graduated from the Vet Tech Institute and brings a strong dedication to patient care and clinic organization every day. Now residing in McCordsville, Jacey enjoys spending time with her husband, Joe, and their busy crew of pets — two Chihuahuas, a Texas Heeler, and two cats. When she’s not at the clinic, you can usually find her camping or enjoying time with family and friends.

Tahni is a Technician Assistant from Indianapolis, Indiana. She has a shiba inu named Pepsi and three domestic shorthair cats named Valkyrie, Kukri, and Toffee. In her free time, Tahni enjoys reading, drawing, and training animals.

Kelsie is a veterinary assistant from Fountaintown. At Fall Creek Veterinary Medical Center, she loves that she is able to build the best relationships with clients and their pets. She enjoys watching patients grow from babies into adults as well as building relationships with clients and their pets. Kelsie has an English bulldog named Baylock. In her free time she enjoys reading, attending concerts, being outside, and spending time with her daughter, Astoria, and family.

Laine Risser

Veterinary Assistant

Laine is one of our veterinary assistants who has been a part of our team since 2018. She was adopted from Yekaterinburg, Russia, but grew up in Indianapolis, Indiana. She graduated from the Vet Tech Institute in 2023. She loves the environment of Fall Creek Veterinary Medical Center and her coworkers who have watched her grow since she first started here. She enjoys creating relationships with clients and having the opportunity to get to know their fur-babies. Laine has a 9 year old chocolate lab named hope, a beagle mix puppy named Curbie, and three cats – Henry, Lila, and Mike. She spends her free time taking her dogs on hikes, hanging out with her best friend and her baby, going to concerts, and traveling to Northern Michigan with her family to their lake house.

Alexandria Ritchey

Veterinary Assistant

Alex is originally from Terre Haute, but currently lives in Indianapolis, and she is another one of our veterinary assistants. Alex earned her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential and was previously a preschool teacher, but is currently enrolled in the Penn Foster veterinary technician program. Alex loves all the kitty appointments at Fall Creek Veterinary, and she really enjoys helping patients and clients through difficult times and making sure pets feel comfortable and owners feel educated. She has a wide variety of pets of her own, Toph the mini bernadoodle, two opossums named Bumi and Cabbage, and nine cats: Tater, Sokka, Momo, Azula, TyLee, Xena, Addy, Ebony, and Hamish. Outside of work, Alex likes to hang out with her daughter Aubrey, read, and spend time outside.

Maddie Earl

Veterinary Assistant

Maddie is one of our veterinary assistants and is from Anderson, Indiana. She is currently enrolled in Purdue’s veterinary technician program. Maddie spends her time outside of Fall Creek Veterinary working as an EMT. She also enjoys hanging out with her husband and taking care of her tiny hobby farm! She has a German shepherd named Denali, an Australian shepherd named Marli, a corgi named Chicken Little, and a westie mix named Ollie.

Katrina Lopez

Veterinary Assistant

Katrina’s hometown is Hagerstown, Indiana, but she currently lives in Indianapolis, and she is another one of our veterinary assistants. She got her education from Harrison College. At Fall Creek Veterinary, she loves working with the staff to provide exceptional care to all the patients that come through our doors. Her own pets include two pitbulls named Jezebel and Deuce, and two domestic shorthairs named Onyx and Ramona. Her hobbies include spending quality time with her kids and her partner, thrifting, baking, and playing video games.

Grace Massie

Gracie is one of our veterinary assistants originally from Madison, Indiana, but currently resides in Fortville. She has her Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science with a concentration in Biosciences from Purdue University. She is also currently enrolled in Purdue’s Veterinary Nursing Distance Learning program. Gracie loves how friendly everyone is at Fall Creek Veterinary Medical center – from clients to coworkers, and of course the patients! She says that everyone is so thoughtful and truly has the best intentions at heart. Gracie has an Australian shepherd border collie mix named Winnie as well as two domestic longhair cats named Blondie and Salem. Outside of work, she enjoys playing tennis, hiking, kayaking, camping, and playing her saxophone.
